This is the result of teamwork and dedication. Our Under 17 boys team with their coaches, celebrating a big win at the taluk-level Kho-Kho tournament. We train our players to be champions.

At Young Stars Sports Academy (YSSA), Kho-Kho is a way of life. Our training is grounded in the reality of the sport, which is why we practice on a traditional dirt court at NTI Ground in Vidyaranyapura. This surface is essential for mastering the grit and technique required for competitive play.
Our Training Approach
We focus on two key pillars: tactical skill and physical conditioning.
- Technical Skills: Whether you are learning to defend in a ring game, practicing chain-breaking, or perfecting that sharp 'kho' and pole dive, we break it down into repeatable drills.
- Physical Conditioning: Speed is useless without stamina. Our players condition on a dedicated sand track to build the endurance needed for long, intense tournament matches.
Who This Is For
We believe in creating pathways for everyone. Our groups range from beginners taking their first steps to a competitive squad preparing for selection trials. We have a proud track record of guiding our players, like Gani, who successfully reached the Sub-Junior Nationals.
