Our motto, 'Vega. Shaurya. Vijaya.'—Speed, Courage, Victory—is the rhythm of our sessions at Rush Arena and SAI Grounds. We have been building this community since 2009, creating a space where a young child can start with basic dribbling mechanics and grow into a player scouted for the KSFA A-Division league.
Building the Complete Player
Our coaching philosophy centers on the whole player. It starts with grassroots foundation programs (U7-U17) focusing on ball mastery, passing accuracy, and game awareness. We keep groups small to ensure a coach-to-student ratio that allows for genuine feedback. As players progress, they move into our Elite Apex Performance Program, which includes video analysis, strength and conditioning, and 11-a-side match experience.
The Pathway to Pro
We provide more than training; we provide a destination. Our partnership with Rush Academy ensures that committed players have a clear trajectory from amateur to pro. We regularly scout our internal squads for the BTM FC Senior Team, which competes in the competitive BDFA A-Division.
