Our Way of Coaching
We believe it's teamwork and smart play that win in the end. It's namma kartavya (our duty) to lift each other up and see this sport thrive. Idanna belesikondu hogbeku (We have to grow this) together, not just as players but as fans of the game.
What You’ll Get
- For first-timers: Basics like chasing, defending, and how to give that sharp "kho"
- For the experienced: Advanced Kho-Kho drills, pole work, strategy sessions, and game communication
- Fitness focus: Agility training with hurdles, cones, and tough sand track for real stamina
Competitive Spirit
Our players don’t just train, they compete. We’ve won taluk-level tournaments and played tough teams from Maharashtra and Belagavi. One of us, Gani, even made it to the Sub-Junior Nationals. We guide our players towards selection trials and higher divisions.
Who Fits In?
Anyone hungry for Kho-Kho is welcome. Boys, girls, all ages. We coach Under-17 Kho-Kho coaching teams and have groups for every level.
Where We Play
Training happens at NTI Ground, Vidyaranyapura, on a true dirt court. It’s got real vibes and space to move.

My Story
Hey, we’re Young Stars Sports Academy - most folks just call us YSSA. Started out with a small pooja on our ground, and now we’re a big sports family. Kho-Kho is our jaan, but we cheer for every game. We celebrate birthdays on the field, shout out our women on Women's Day, and love seeing our kids like Gani make it to Sub-Junior Nationals. Nammellaru koodi idanna belesikondu hogbeku (Let’s all grow this together) - that’s our motto.
My Work
Sports We Coach - Kho-Kho coaching is our heart, but we also train in Basketball, Badminton, Athletics, Football, Handball, Kabaddi, American Football, plus Swimming.
Who Can Join - Anyone with sports passion! We have boys and girls batches, big on girls sports training at NTI Ground Vidyaranyapura and indoor courts.
Our Philosophy - Talent wins games, teamwork wins championships. We push you, but you become family here.
