Music is not just what I do. It is a reflection of my personal journey, from high-energy club sets to the quiet moments that keep me centered.

A powerful moment for me, performing in front of the Adiyogi statue at the Isha Yoga Centre. My spiritual journey and my music are deeply intertwined, and this experience was a profound reminder of that connection.

This was the announcement for the most special set of my life, a Shiv Mantra Mix recorded in the divine grace of Adiyogi. It was an honor to create this mix to support Sadhguru's Save Soil movement.

Sometimes an artist needs to pause the grind and reflect. This was a message to my fam, letting them know I was taking time away from the spotlight to rest, recharge, and explore new creative depths.

After a few months away from touring, I shared this update with my Electronyk Fam. I spent that time deep in the studio, honing my craft, learning new production techniques, and reconnecting with my artistry.

This was my promise to my fans as I took a creative break. I knew that when I returned, it would be with new music, new stories, and a deeper part of me as an artist to share.

About The Artist's Journey

A lot of people ask how I keep the sound fresh after two decades in the industry. The answer is not in playing more gigs. It is in knowing when to step back. I prioritize these creative breaks to dive into new production techniques or spiritual practices like yoga, which directly influence the deeper soundscapes you hear in my remixes.

Music production requires more than just technical skill. It demands a specific state of mind. When I look back at the 20-year path from bootleg remixes in my room to performing at the Isha Yoga Centre, I realize that the most important tracks were born in the moments I spent away from the spotlight.

My creative process is a cycle. I grind hard during tour seasons, but I always balance it with intentional downtime. Whether I am deep in the studio at my Delhi lab working on a new Afro-House fusion or taking time for spiritual practices like Shakti Chalan Kriya to recenter, these experiences feed my music. When I return to the studio to work on original compositions or official remixes, I bring that stillness with me.

This approach influences everything from the synth layers I choose in Serum to the way I EQ my Bollywood vocals. Mentoring aspiring DJs at my academy has also changed how I view my own work. Explaining the craft to others forces me to refine my own techniques, keeping my sound evolving rather than stagnant. If you are looking for music production that goes deeper than standard remixes, let us talk.
