Yoga shouldn't feel like a rigid task. In my studio, we focus on moving, laughing, and supporting each other through every single challenge.
We take our yoga seriously, but not ourselves! Here’s a fun challenge to test your quad and core strength, complete with a few bloopers. This is the real vibe of our community: playful, encouraging, and always ready for a laugh.

About this collection
The 'ABY Challenge' videos you see here are exactly how we train—focusing on core strength, but always with room for bloopers and laughter. I believe that when you strip away the pressure to be perfect, you actually find the focus to get stronger and more flexible, surrounded by people who have your back.
Why We Practice Together
Most people think yoga is a solitary journey, but the energy of a shared practice is something special. Whether we are tackling a tricky inversion in an aerial hammock or sweating through a Hatha flow in my JP Nagar studio, having a community makes the hard parts easier and the wins much more fun.
Embracing the Wobble
We celebrate our progress here, but we also celebrate the mistakes. If you fall out of a pose or mess up a sequence, you'll see everyone else laughing and helping you get back up. That is the vibe I have built—a space where you don't have to pretend to be flexible or experienced to belong.
Summer Reset & Beyond
I often hear people say they want to pause their practice when it gets hot or busy, but I always tell my students that this is the best time to reset. The heat helps us get more mobile, and our summer sessions are designed to keep that momentum going all year round.
