I always struggled with upper body and core strength until I found the hammock. In my classes, we use your own body weight and the fabric to build strength in a fun, accessible way, both in the air and on the mat.

Deep Stretches & Flexibility

The hammock is a wonderful tool for safely exploring your flexibility, regardless of your starting point. It supports your body weight, allowing you to relax into deep stretches and open up tight areas like hips and shoulders.

Inversions & Playful Flows

We don't just hold poses; we learn to transition between them with lightness and grace. This section shows how we combine playful inversions with fluid movements, making you feel like you're dancing in the air.
