About Behind the Magic
Before you walk in for your first ceremony, my team has usually been on-site for two days straight. We handle the heavy lifting, the wiring, the vendor coordination, and the inevitable last-minute crisis fixes so you never have to deal with the chaos. You get to enjoy the event while we manage the 10-person squad ensuring your master budget and run sheets stay on track.
Building a wedding is less about fairy tales and more about logistics. While the guests see the final, pretty setup, we are dealing with the reality of event production in spaces that often start as empty ground or raw hotel lawns.
Our Production Process
We don't just plan; we execute. Our onsite management covers the technical side that most couples never think about until it goes wrong.
- Vendor Management: We negotiate with artists, manage DJ setups, and ensure your photographer has the right lighting angles before the ceremony begins.
- Technical Oversight: We handle the line array sound systems, intelligent lighting, and stage fabrication. If there is a need for a low fog machine or cold pyros for your first dance, we ensure the safety and the timing is perfect.
- Guest Hospitality: We don't stop at decor. We manage the welcome desks, airport transfers, and hamper placement so your guests aren't calling you at 2 am about room keys.
The On-Ground Reality
Our team is a uniformed squad of 8 to 10 people. You will see us running the show during your Haldi, Sangeet, and the main wedding day. We use a mix of 70% premium artificial flowers and 30% fresh blooms to keep the setups looking lush and full, even in outdoor heat.
Whether it is a boho beach reception in Alibaug or a grand Rajasthani set in a palace, we treat your event like our own. We know the stress of the 'what ifs'—that is why our shadow team is always nearby to assist the bride and groom directly.
