About Behind the Scenes: The Making of Grandeur
The magic happens before the guests even arrive. We start by erecting the steel truss framework and the German Hanger structures, which act as the skeleton for everything else. This is not just decoration; it is construction. We ensure the base is rock solid so that every floral installation, lighting rig, and backdrop stands perfectly in place.
We handle weddings ranging from intimate ceremonies to events with 8,000 guests. This requires a logistical operation that looks more like a construction site than a creative studio. Whether we are flipping an empty farm into a Royal Rajwada palace or setting up a concert-grade Sangeet night, the process follows a strict sequence. First, we level the ground and lay thousands of square feet of carpeting. Then, we assemble the steel box trussing to fly our line array sound systems and intelligent lighting rigs. Only once the infrastructure is safe and structurally sound do we start with the aesthetic layers: the wall-to-wall draping, the multi-layered stage backdrops, and the thousands of fresh flowers that define our style. We sweat the technical details like power load and sightlines because a beautiful venue is only effective if it functions flawlessly. For our clients, this means you get a ready-to-use venue that feels like a permanent ballroom, regardless of the location.
