Scope of Planning
- Location & Vendor Mgmt: Recce of 2 to 3 destinations, venue analysis, and negotiation with artists (Makeup, Photo, DJ).
- Itinerary & Budget: Minute by minute run sheets for all functions and master budget tracking.
Guest Hospitality
- RSVP Team: Tele calling team to confirm guest attendance 20 days prior.
- Logistics: Coordination of airport transfers and shuttles (vehicle rental excluded).
- Check in Desk: Dedicated lobby team for guest check ins and hamper placement.
- Shadow Team: Dedicated personal assistants for both the Bride and Groom.
On Ground Execution
- Manpower: 8 to 10 member uniformed squad for 2 days of event management.
- Production Oversight: Supervision of sound, light, decor safety, and F&B plate counting.
Thematic Decor & Technical Production
Design & Fabrication
- Thematic Setup: Custom printed flex backdrops, ply pasted cutouts, and large props (e.g., carnival kiosks).
- Flooring: Printed vinyl or carpet masking for stage and dance floor (400 to 600 sq ft).
- Entrance: 10 to 12 ft thematic gateway with fabric draping.
