About Grand Entrances & Custom Doors
You need an entrance that does more than look good. My designs balance security with utility by integrating hidden shoe storage and smart lighting, so your hallway stays clean and functional from the second you walk through the door.
In Mumbai and Thane apartments, space is often at a premium. An entrance shouldn't just be a barrier; it should be the most efficient part of your home.
Why Design Matters at the Entrance
Most people just buy a readymade door and a standard rack. I focus on how the space works. If you have a small foyer, I build slim, floor-to-ceiling shoe cabinets that don't crowd the passage. If you need security, I design safety doors that use heavy-duty hardware without compromising on the aesthetic flow of your living room.
My Approach to Entrance Design
- Safety & Style: Whether you want a traditional wooden finish with laser-cut jaali or a modern, minimalist door with high-gloss laminates, I ensure the build uses BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine grade plywood for long-term durability against humidity.
- Lighting: I install profile LED lighting around shoe units and nameplates, which makes the area look larger and much more welcoming.
- Clutter Control: I design concealed cabinets so your footwear is hidden, keeping the entrance clear.
I personally oversee the fabrication to ensure every hinge, handle, and panel aligns perfectly. We plan the layout on 3D software first, so you see exactly how the door swings and where the storage sits before we cut a single piece of wood.
