A look at some of the homes we have recently transformed, from smart modular kitchens to space-saving bedroom solutions across Mumbai and Thane.

We love creating elements of surprise in our designs. Here, we integrated a hidden door into the living room wall panel, which leads to a bedroom while maintaining a seamless and clean look for the entertainment area.

This open-concept kitchen and dining area was designed for a family that loves to entertain. We used a combination of high-gloss and matte finish cabinets for a modern look, with a durable quartz countertop that doubles as a breakfast bar.

I believe in creating spaces that feel both grand and welcoming. This living and dining room project in Thane features custom furniture, layered lighting with a false ceiling, and a cohesive color palette to connect the two zones.

A home’s spiritual corner should be a place of peace. This video shows two different pooja units we designed: one is a modern, backlit arched niche, and the other features traditional woodwork with detailed shelving for idols.

In Mumbai apartments, storage is key. This master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with a high-gloss laminate finish and integrated profile lighting, ensuring the space is both elegant and highly functional.

The main door is the first impression of your home. Here are two custom safety door designs we executed, one with intricate metalwork for a traditional feel and another with a bold, modern graphic pattern.

To maximize utility in a compact bedroom, we designed this custom extendable study unit. It provides a full-sized desk when needed and folds away neatly, complemented by overhead cabinets with integrated lighting for storage.

About this collection

You might notice a pattern in these photos. We focus on 'hidden' functionality—like extendable study desks, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes that don't eat up floor space, and secret door panels that keep your living room look clean. These aren't just staging pieces for a photoshoot; they are working solutions designed for the realities of modern Mumbai apartments.

When we start a project, my first question is always, 'Tumhala kay pahije?' (What do you want?). Most designers walk in with a catalog and tell you what your house should look like. That is not how we work at Xena Designs.

Why Our Process Works

We plan everything in detail before a single piece of wood is cut. Our projects cover the full spectrum of home interiors, from civil and layout transformations to the final deep cleaning before handover. We do not do 'last-minute' work. By using 3D designs during the planning stage, you know exactly what the result will be, avoiding costly surprises later.

Materials & Craftsmanship

We build for longevity. In these featured projects, you will see we use BWP marine-grade plywood from trusted brands like Century and Greenply. For kitchens and wardrobes, we rely on Hettich and Blum hardware for soft-close mechanisms that actually last. Whether it is an acrylic-finish modular kitchen or a bedroom with hydraulic storage, the goal is always a premium feel that handles daily wear and tear.

Customization for Every Corner

Mumbai homes often have space constraints, so we specialize in:

  • Smart Storage: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and hidden cabinetry.
  • Multi-functional Units: Murphy beds and extendable desks for home offices.
  • Modern Pooja Units: Custom designs using jaali work and ambient lighting.
  • Entrance Makeovers: Custom safety doors and foyer shoe racks that set the right tone.

If you want a home that feels like you—not just a showroom—let’s talk.
