- Carcass Material: 100% 18mm BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood (Brands: Greenply / Century Ply / Action Tesa).
- Shutter Finish: 1mm thick Premium Decorative Laminate (High Gloss or Suede Matte) pressed on 18mm Marine Ply.
- Internal Lining: 0.8mm White Laminate on all internal surfaces for oil and stain resistance.
- Edge Banding: 0.8mm to 2mm PVC edge banding, machine-pressed for a peel-proof finish.
Hardware & Functionality
- Hinges: Soft-close hydraulic hinges (Hettich / Ebco) to prevent door slamming.
- Storage: SS 304 Grade wire baskets for Thali, Cutlery, and Cup/Saucer organization.
- Channels: Heavy-duty telescopic channels for wire baskets.
- Accessories: Detergent holder and bin holder included under the sink.
Manufacturing & Installation
- Fabrication: Precision cutting and drilling via CNC machines at the Manpada factory.

- Dismantling: Breaking down existing kitchen platform, old cabinets, and wall tiles.
- Disposal: Bagging and removal of all construction debris from the site.

- Granite: Supply and installation of Jet Black or Telengana Granite (or basic Quartz) including molding and polishing.
- Wall Tiles: Labor for installing Dado tiles up to 2ft height above the counter.
MEP Services
- Plumbing: Re-routing inlets/outlets for sink, water purifier, and washing machine. Sink and faucet installation included.
- Electrical: Shifting or adding points for Mixer, Oven, Chimney, Fridge, and cabinet lights.
- Gas Line: Civil support provided for gas pipe sleeving (IGL/MGL coordination).
Ceiling & Paint
- False Ceiling: Basic POP/Gypsum framing to conceal wiring and exhaust pipes.
- Finishing: Plastic emulsion paint for walls and ceiling.
- Ducting: Core cutting service for the Chimney exhaust.
