Who This Is For
If you’ve got serious cricket goals, you’ll fit right in. This isn’t for casual players. I work with cricketers who want to see themselves in state or national squads, not just the next school match. I’m not interested in just running through the motions - we’re thinking years ahead.
How I Train
You’ll get more than net practice. Here’s what’s real:
- Strong basics first – no shortcuts
- Heavy focus on mental strength training for cricketers (not just technical drills)
- Yoga and meditation (Surya Namaskar, Isha Kriya) every day - helps you stay cool when pressure hits
- Game awareness - learning when to defend, rotate, or attack, not just swing at everything
Real Match Experience
You get direct exposure to KSCA League cricket preparation, plus:
- Matches in all formats – day-night, TPL (in-house league), competitive cups
- Pathways to play for clubs like Social and Jayanagar Cricketers
- Practice alongside state-level players and IPL net bowlers
Facilities
- 14 Astro Turf, 2 Matting, 3 Turf wickets – practice on any surface
- Indoor and outdoor nets – rain or shine, we train
- Bowling machines, gym, fielding arena, box cricket zone

My Story
I'm Virender, head coach at Transform. Cricket's my jaan (life). Been through ICC and BCCI certs, coached Delhi Capitals too, but I get real joy building players from scratch. Here, we do more than just cricket - yoga, meditation, even street dog awareness tournaments for our juniors! Watching kids like Arya hit their first century after years, or Jithumanyu grab his first fifer - that's why we're here. We celebrate everything together, Ugadi, Eid, you name it. More than an academy, we're a family.
My Work
Cricket coaching for all ages - We train boys and girls from 6+, year-round, with summer camps, KSCA league preparation and youth cricket tournaments.
Top-class facilities - Floodlit grounds, 14 astro turfs, indoor nets, bowling machines, fielding arena, and a full gym for all-round training.
Certified cricket coaching - Every coach here is certified, so you’re learning from folks who know the game inside out.
Mind and body training - We mix cricket drills with yoga, meditation for athletes, and focus on teamwork and discipline.
