We design homes that breathe with the Goan landscape, blending modern comfort with the raw, rhythmic beauty of the coast.

This video showcases a bespoke cliffside pool residence we designed in Goa. It captures the stunning ocean vistas and luxurious comforts, highlighting a home crafted for serene family moments by the sea.

A view of a 5000 sq ft villa in Verla, Goa, with views of the surrounding paddy fields. The architecture blends traditional Goan functional elements with modern contemporary textures and colors for a luxurious retreat.

Another angle of the Verla villa, showing the relationship between the pool, the outdoor deck, and the interior spaces. The design emphasizes a relaxed, indoor-outdoor lifestyle perfect for the Goan climate.

The view from within the villa's courtyard, looking out over the pool to the lush green paddy fields beyond. This perfectly framed view is a key element of the design, connecting the home to its beautiful surroundings.

The entrance to the Verla villa features a tranquil water body with stepping stones, creating a serene arrival experience. The use of natural stone and wood sets a warm and tropical tone for the home.

Our design for Mogra Villas in Guirim, Goa, features a pair of contemporary Balinese-style villas. Each unit has a private lap pool and lush surroundings, with sleek lines harmonizing with rustic wood and stone textures.

About this collection

Our approach to Goa is not about imposing a structure on the landscape. In our Verla and Guirim projects, we used limestone jali screens to invite the breeze inside while ensuring your home remains a private sanctuary. It is a calculated balance—creating a strong connection to the paddy fields and ocean vistas without sacrificing the intimacy of your living space.

Designing for the tropics requires more than just aesthetics; it demands a deep respect for the elements. In our Goa practice, we prioritize climate-responsive architecture. We study the sun path and wind flow to ensure that large glass facades can remain open without creating heat traps. This is where our biophilic design philosophy becomes practical—we use locally sourced materials like raw concrete, wood, and stone to maintain thermal mass, keeping interiors cool naturally.

Why Our Goa Designs Work

  • Indoor-Outdoor Flow: By erasing the rigid boundaries between the living room and the pool deck, we create a seamless experience of the tropical outdoors.
  • Privacy through Craft: We utilize custom jali screens and vertical wooden slats to provide shade and privacy, allowing for natural cross-ventilation while masking the interior from the outside world.
  • Material Honesty: We prefer authentic textures over generic finishes. You will see reclaimed wood, exposed brick, and natural limestone across our projects, all chosen for how they age gracefully in a humid coastal environment.

Whether you are planning a cliffside residence or a retreat overlooking the paddy fields, our service is comprehensive. From the structural layout and facade design to the specific interior styling and lighting, we ensure every element serves the larger vision of a home that feels light, honest, and truly yours.
