This is the heart of our Banaras haveli project, a central courtyard designed as a modern interpretation of traditional Indian architecture. The double-height space, grand chandeliers, and intricately carved stone pillars create a breathtaking experience of light and volume, embodying our commitment to creating timeless, culturally rooted spaces.
Perched on a cliffside in Goa, this modern tropical villa is designed to merge with the landscape. The architecture uses clean lines, expansive glass, and natural wood to frame the stunning ocean views, creating a seamless connection between the luxurious interior and the coastal environment.
The living area of our Forest House project, where biophilic design is central. A large, circular feature wall with integrated planters brings nature indoors, while the double-height windows flood the space with natural light, creating a serene and organic living environment.
The entrance to the Rajgarhia residence sets a tone of modern, understated elegance. A custom-designed oversized pivot door opens into a minimalist foyer, where a dramatic art installation is the focal point, showcasing our approach to integrating art and architecture from the very first step.

About this collection
The most successful projects start long before the first brick is laid. We spend weeks on site analysis—mapping sun paths and wind flows—because a building that breathes with its surroundings requires less energy to maintain and provides far greater daily comfort than a generic structure.
