Diverse Residential & Commercial Projects
We design spaces that adapt to people, whether it is an art-filled home or a high-traffic commercial hub.
A tour of "The Brick House," designed for an art collector. The brick facade provides a warm, textured canvas for the client's cherished artworks, creating an environment where life, art, and light converge seamlessly.
The main living room of the Brick House was designed to seamlessly integrate the client's eclectic furniture and art collection. The result is a space brimming with personal history, character, and charm.

This video showcases the design concept for a mall interior inspired by the "Tree of Life." The design uses flowing organic forms, treelike central columns, and natural elements to foster a sense of connection and community in a commercial space.
A render of a captivating library space that embraces classical design with a modern twist. The design features floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, contemporary cluster chandeliers, and comfortable lounge seating to create a sophisticated and inspiring environment for reading and work.
About this collection
Whether we are detailing a facade for an art collector or zoning a veterinary hospital for stress-free animal care, our focus remains on the practical reason behind every build. For us, a commercial space needs the same warmth as a living room, which is why we spend as much time on human-centric flow as we do on the final visual finish.
At White Studio Architects, we believe the boundary between commercial and residential design is blurrier than most people think. A home should function with the efficiency of a well-planned workspace, and a public building should offer the comfort of a private home.
The Brick House
For clients like art collectors, we treat the building as a canvas. In our Brick House project, we prioritized a brick facade not just for its thermal properties, but as a textured backdrop that allows natural light to interact with the client's art collection throughout the day. It is about creating a structure that holds personality.
CGS Hospital
When we took on the CGS veterinary hospital, the goal was to eliminate the clinical chill typical of such spaces. By using curved desks, warm wood tones, and intuitive traffic flow for both pet parents and animals, we shifted the experience from cold medical utility to a welcoming environment.
Large-Scale Retail
For large-scale retail concepts like the Tree of Life mall project, we avoid generic layouts. Instead, we map out movement patterns that encourage community interaction, integrating green zones and seating that feel organic rather than forced.
Whether it is structural coordination for an adaptive reuse project or high-density seat planning for a bar, we rely on clear zoning and honest materials. We do not believe in over-designing for the sake of trends. We design to improve how you live or work in the space every day.
