Kids Theme Birthday Decor
Main Setup
- Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft printed flex backdrop mounted on a truss frame, customized to themes like Mickey, Frozen, or Jungle.
- Balloons: L-shaped or semi-arch arrangement using approximately 300-400 latex balloons in metallic or pastel mix.
- Props: 2 to 3 themed sunboard character cutouts (3ft to 4ft height) placed on the stage or floor.
Cake Area & Lighting
- Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals with white or themed stickers for cake placement.
- Marquee Lights: Rental of LED bulb or neon style letters for the child's name (up to 6 letters) or age number.
Flooring & Logistics
- Carpet: Basic 10ft x 10ft red or grey carpeting for the stage area.
- Timeline: Setup completed 3-4 hours prior to the event.
Adult Themed Party Setup (Casino/Carnival/Halloween)
Entrance Experience
- Themed Gate: 10ft x 8ft fabricated structure (e.g., Casino signage with bulb borders, Carnival tent arch, or Halloween gate).
- Walkway: 10ft red carpet or themed printed flex pathway leading into the venue.
Main Area Decor
- Photo Booth: Dedicated 8ft x 8ft corner with backdrop and handheld props (masks, cards, etc.).
- Floor Props: Placement of 3-4 large elements like 2ft giant dice, 5ft playing card cutouts, or animal standees.
- Lighting: Setup of 6-8 LED PAR cans (uplighters) to wash walls in theme colors.
Logistics
- Transport: Includes trucking of bulky props within city limits.
- Manpower: On-site team for technical management of lights.

Ceiling & Vertical Decor
- Hangings: Installation of 40-60 decorative units (fans, kites, or danglers) attached to the false ceiling grid.
- Pillars: Draping or posters on up to 4 main pillars or glass walls.

- Standees: 2 units of 6ft x 3ft roll-up standees or sunboard cutouts with festive greetings.
- Floor Art: One 3ft diameter flower rangoli or vinyl floor decal at the main reception.
Installation Specs

Luxury LED Tunnel & Stage Production
Illuminated Entrance
- Tunnel: 15ft to 20ft long archway created using digital LED pixel tubes.
- Effects: Programmable lighting patterns customized to the event theme.
- Flooring: Patterned carpeting running through the tunnel length.
Stage Production
- Trussing: Aluminum box truss setup (Goal-post style) for main stages up to 20ft width.
- Fixtures: Intelligent lighting package including 4 Moving Head lights (Sharpies) and 8-10 LED PAR cans.
- Operation: DMX controller with a lighting operator for up to 4 hours.
Requirements
- Power: Client to provide adequate power supply or generator backup.
- Note: Excludes LED video walls and sound systems.
