We arrive 3 to 4 hours before the party to set up the entire theme, from the balloon arch to the custom marquee light-up names. Whether it is a Mickey Mouse theme or a custom jungle setup, we make sure the backdrop and stage look perfect before the first guest walks in.
For a birthday, you do not need an ad campaign, you need a setup that actually looks like the pictures. My team comes in with the 8x8ft truss frames and the balloon arch ready to go. We handle the logistics of the heavy props and the specific positioning of the character cutouts, so you do not have to worry about the setup team bothering you during the party.
Here is how we handle your child’s birthday setup:
- The Main Backdrop: We use an 8x8ft printed flex backdrop mounted on a truss. It is not just taped to a wall, it is a proper stage build.
- Balloon Arches: We use 300 to 400 latex balloons. We do L-shaped or semi-arch arrangements that frame the stage.
- Custom Details: If you want the child’s name in lights, we bring the marquee LEDs for up to 6 letters. We also set up the pedestal stands for the cake area.
- Pricing: Our standard Kids Theme Birthday Decor packages typically range from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per event, covering the full stage, balloon decor, and props.
We work across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. If you have a specific theme like Mickey, Frozen, or Jungle, let us know. We carry our own gear, including the carpet and the stage fixtures. You just need to tell us the venue and the concept. If there is a space restriction or a difficult layout at the venue, tell us beforehand so we can adjust the setup to fit.
