Conceptualization & Design
Development of a unique visual concept based on client narrative. Includes material research and small-scale prototyping of weaves or textures for approval.
Hand-Crafted Fabrication
Sourcing of specialized materials like copper wire, aluminum, hemp, or mulberry silk. In-house artisan labor for hand-weaving, twisting, or folding techniques. Includes a custom metal armature structure.
On-Site Execution
Professional rigging and suspension up to 12ft height. Includes 2-3 focused profile spots to accentuate textures and cast shadows. Covers packing and transport within city limits.
Immersive Experience Room
Spatial Design
Full narrative design translating abstract themes into physical space. Includes circulation planning for visitor engagement and 3D visualization of lighting and volumes.

What We Do
I design spaces that feel like stepping into a story. My work is all about blending art, craft, and technology to build environments that are more than just rooms - they're journeys. Every project starts with a narrative, so whether you're walking through a pavilion or an art installation, you're moving through a layered experience.
How I Build Experiences
- Narrative-driven environment: I map out every detail from the flow of a space to the texture you touch, making sure it all connects to the central story.
- Sensory art installation: Light, sound, and tactile materials are a big deal for me. I want people to feel something real - not just see it.
- I mix old-school craft like hand-weaving with new stuff like digital projections and AI images. It's not always perfect, but that's the charm. Sometimes, the most interesting ideas come from experimenting.
Where My Stories Live
- Immersive brand experience for events and launches. I've done full-on concept pavilions, like turning a brand's abstract idea into a world you can walk inside.
- Exhibition spaces that guide you through curated stories. These projects have picked up awards, but really, it's the visitor's reaction that matters.
- Sensory installations that play with sound, texture, and light - like rooms inspired by the sea or sculptural forms hand-woven from copper and cotton.
My Process
I work closely with artists and craftspeople, always open to improvisation and surprise. Sometimes, the best moments happen when things don't go as planned. My goal is to make every space feel like it's alive, waiting for you to step in and discover something new.

My Story
We’re Wari Watai, a small design studio from Bangalore—been at this for 10 years now. Honestly, we get a kick out of messing with materials, finding stories in copper, salt, even plain old soil. Our team’s more like a family, always poking around, discovering bits of magic in the process. For us, design’s about feeling—like walking on crunchy leaves, or that rush of coming home. Right now, we’re dreaming up new ways to make these moments even richer, maybe with tech too.
