We believe art is a blessing, especially for our little ones. This is where our 'putta puttis' explore their creativity through drama, mime, and puppetry, building confidence and having a blast on stage.
There is nothing more joyful than seeing children discover the magic of theatre. Our weekly classes are all about building skills, boosting creativity, and of course, having lots of fun, from the first rehearsal to the final show.

About For Our Putta Puttis: Children's Theatre & Workshops
Our workshops go beyond just acting. We teach life skills through puppetry, mime, and traditional folk forms like Yakshagana. Every batch ends with a full stage performance where children manage costumes, lights, and props, ensuring they walk away with more than just a certificate—they gain real stage confidence.
What makes our children’s theatre unique isn't just script memorization. It’s the exposure to the entire craft of storytelling. Whether it's a 4-month course or our high-energy summer camps, we focus on the full theatrical experience.
What the kids learn with us
- Non-verbal communication: We teach mime using white gloves and body language training to help them express emotion without saying a word.
- Cultural roots: We introduce folk arts like Yakshagana, teaching them to connect with heritage in a way that feels fun and relevant.
- Technical skills: We don't hide the mechanics. Kids learn how the lighting rig works, how to handle props, and how to work as an ensemble.
The Space
Our black-box studio is safe and intimate. When the lights go down, the focus is entirely on the children. It is not a large, distant auditorium where they feel lost; it is a cozy space where every child is seen and heard.
Building Community
Parents often tell us that their children become more expressive and open at home after joining our workshops. That is the real goal. We do not just train actors; we cultivate curious, confident individuals who aren't afraid to take up space and share their stories.
