About Comedy, Improv & Open Mics
If you are planning a show here, keep in mind that our space is designed for intimacy. We seat about 50 to 70 people, so your audience will be right there with you, making every punchline land perfectly. We offer a flexible black-box layout that lets you arrange seating how you like, plus a professional lighting rig and sound system, though you will need to bring your own technician for the show.

The Technical Setup
Our studio is a blank canvas. You get a modular stage platform that you can set up exactly how you want it—proscenium, arena, or something entirely new. We provide:
- Lighting: Overhead truss system with LED spots and Par Cans.
- Audio: PA system with mixer and aux playback for your music or sound cues.
- Flexibility: We have a mezzanine for tech crew or creative angles.
Booking & Practical Tips
- Capacity: We fit 50 to 70 people comfortably. It gets packed and energetic, which is perfect for comedy.
- Duration: Our 7-hour block is usually the sweet spot for a show—it gives you time to set up, tech, rehearse, perform, and wrap up.
- Staffing: Please note that while we provide the gear, you need to bring your own operator for lights and sound.
- Policy: Soft-soled shoes or barefoot only to keep our studio floor in top shape.
