About Chic Outdoor & Daytime Events
Outdoor events are tricky because of the sun and the uneven ground. We don't just rent furniture, we fabricate custom bars and tents from scratch at our Chhatarpur workshop to make sure everything sits level and looks tight, even on soft grass.
When you are planning a daytime function in a park or lawn, the decor needs to work with the natural light, not against it. We focus on structural integrity and aesthetics that hold up under the sun. Whether it is a Haldi function under bright marigold canopies or a garden reception with soft pastel umbrellas, our team ensures the setup is grounded.
We specialize in fabrication. That means if you see a custom bar counter in our gallery, we built that in our own workshop. We prefer designing spaces with custom-printed fabrics and unique furniture like traditional charpais or sleek tiffany chairs, depending on the vibe you want. We also prioritize the comfort of your guests with dedicated lounge areas under custom tents, which help create a cozy, defined space even in an open garden.
Our approach is to treat every outdoor event like a blank canvas. We take care of the heavy lifting, the leveling of the stages, the tent fabrication, and the floral styling, so you don't have to worry about the logistics. We love the challenge of turning a chaotic open plot into a polished, welcoming space where people can relax and enjoy the celebration.
