The entrance to "The Speakeasy." We built this custom archway to set the tone from the moment guests arrived, creating a sense of mystery and excitement.
The custom-built clock stage served as the perfect backdrop for the live band, reinforcing the vintage New York theme. We design and fabricate unique stage concepts that integrate seamlessly into the event's narrative.

About Vintage Speakeasy Nights
We do not rely on generic rental props. Instead, we build custom bars, rig heavy velvet drapes, and construct brick-wall backdrops from scratch in our workshop to turn a standard banquet hall into an authentic, private vintage speakeasy.
Creating a speakeasy atmosphere is less about decoration and more about structural change. In Delhi NCR, where many venues have modern lighting and bright interiors, our first job is to control that environment. We use floor-to-ceiling velvet drapes in deep burgundy or navy to mask venue walls, which immediately deadens sound and creates that essential, intimate mood.
Lighting is the next critical component. You will not find bright white floodlights in our speakeasy setups. We rig aluminum trusses to hang vintage crystal chandeliers and use warm LED washes to mimic candlelit interiors. Our fabrication team builds custom bars—often 20 to 30 feet long—with backlit fronts to act as the visual anchor of the room.
Beyond the structure, we pay attention to the tactile experience. Our designers source vintage artifacts like rotary phones, gramophones, and leather Chesterfield sofas. We integrate these with floral arrangements that use dark, moody tones instead of bright summer colors. Whether we are setting up at a farmhouse in Chhatarpur or a ballroom, the goal is always to make your guests feel like they have walked into a different era. We handle the carpentry, the electrical rigging, and the final styling so that you get a cohesive environment rather than a collection of rented items.
