Practical Logistics for Your Event

• Weather Prep: If the forecast is heavy rain, we recommend moving the canopy under a covered porch or indoor area. Our materials are durable, but they aren't waterproof.
• Surface Requirements: We need a flat surface for our 6x6 ft metal ring backdrops and cylinder pedestals. If your terrace has uneven flooring, let us know in advance so we can bring proper leveling shims.
• Cleanup: All our installations are use-and-throw. Once the party is over, you don't need to worry about returning frames or structures; we handle the takedown logistics as part of our service.
