Essential Home & Office Puja Setup
Focal Altar & Mandir Setup
- Backdrop Dimensions: A designated 6ft x 6ft or 8ft x 8ft backdrop area.
- Materials: Choice of traditional raw silk/satin draping or a dense Marigold (Genda Phool) trellis wall.
- Deity Platform: Elevated wooden bajot covered in velvet/satin with a fresh Rose and Jasmine border.
- Floral Framing: Main floral arch around the deity area using dense marigold strings (Ladichara) and Rajnigandha tassels.
Floor Decor & Rangoli
- Rangoli: One 4ft x 4ft intricate floral rangoli using multi-colored petals (Rose, Marigold, Daisy).
- Pathway: Aisle border lining of loose petals and marigold heads (up to 10 running feet).
Props & Lighting
- Brassware: Includes 2 large Brass Urlis with floating candles and 2 tiered Brass Diya stands (2-3ft height).
- Illumination: LED par cans for backdrop uplighting and 20-30 wax tea-light candles in glass votives.
Logistics
- Staff: Setup and dismantling by a team of 3 florists.
- Transport: Delivery and pickup of props included.

Grand Stage Fabrication (Approx. 20ft Width)
- Thematic Backdrop: Custom backdrop with floral pasting (Carnations/Orchids) or crystal work typography (e.g., 'Jai Mata Di').
- Archways: Multi-layered scallop draping in Red & Gold or White & Gold, framed with thick Red Rose and Tuberose runners.
- Deity Throne: Elevated Darbar setup for idols including a hanging ceremonial umbrella (Chatra) and floral cascades.
Religious Props & Installations
- Fiber Props: Life-size fiber statues positioned on stage wings (Lions for Chowki, Bells/Trishul for Shiva events).
- Candelabras: 4-6 large brass or golden candelabras with electric candles.
Hall & Ambient Decor
- Entrance: Matching 8ft x 10ft welcome archway with fabric draping and floral tassels.
- Walkway: Red carpet aisle layout (20-30ft) lined with small brass stands or flower pots.
- Seating Details: Includes bolster (Gau-takkiya) styling or chair-back floral sprigs for the first 2 rows.
Lighting
- Stage Lighting: 8-10 LED Par cans and warm white Halogens.
- Effect: Warm amber and red gels used to create a divine glow theme.

Custom Floral Installations
- 3D Sculpture: One 5-6ft high wire-mesh sculpture (e.g., Ek Onkar, Shivling, or Elephant) fully covered in Button Chrysanthemums or Carnations.
- Palki/Mandap: Fabricated 4-pillar structure with extensive floral cladding using exotic blooms like Hydrangeas, Lilies, and English Roses.
Ceiling & Enclosure Treatments
- Draping Material: Premium Georgette or Scuba fabric in pastel hues (Dusty Pink, Peach, Ivory) to create a canopy effect.
- Overhead Decor: Floral chandeliers or hanging floral trellises mixed with crystal strings or brass bells.
Seating & Aisle Styling
- Aisle: Elevated walkway or printed flex flooring lined with lush floral meadow arrangements (ferns and flowers).
- Seating: Floral styling for up to 100 chairs or cushion cover styling for floor seating areas.
Entrance & Production
- Tunnel: A 10ft to 15ft entrance tunnel or heavy archway with hanging tuberose strings.
- Signage: Custom easel board with floral framing.
- Team: Includes production manager and 15-20 artisans for execution.
