Personalized Welcome Entries & Event Signage

The entry point is more than just a signboard, as it sets the expectation for the event. Whether you are hosting a first birthday party or a traditional Chhathi ceremony, I ensure the signage matches the specific vibe of your celebration.

My Process

• Design & Print: You can share the theme—like a jungle safari, space adventure, or traditional floral—and include details like the baby’s name, age, or a personal photo. Once the print is ready on a 2x3ft flex or foam board, I mount it on a sturdy wooden easel.
• Coordinated Decor: I do not just drop off the board. I add a balloon cluster (3 to 5 balloons) at the corner or base of the easel that matches your color palette, whether you want chrome-finish balloons for a modern look or standard pastels for a softer feel.
• Entrance Arches: For larger events, I combine the welcome board with a full balloon arch at the entrance of your hall or apartment lobby. This creates a dedicated photo spot where guests can take pictures as they arrive.

Logistics & Planning

I handle the setup and dismantling, so you do not have to worry about finding an easel or organizing the print shop. Please reach out at least 3 days before your event so I have sufficient time to handle the custom printing and ensure your design is ready for the day.
