Themed Birthday Parties for Kids in Electronic City

I handle the setup from start to finish, whether it is in your living room or a rented party hall. I usually need about three to four hours to arrange the backdrop, balloon arches, and props. If you have a specific theme or a character your child loves, just let me know beforehand so I can arrange the right cutouts and colors.

How My Setup Works

I offer two main ways to decorate for birthday parties. For a Standard setup, I typically use a 6ft circular ring or an 8x8ft drape backdrop. This includes about 200 to 250 balloons, a neon sign, and cake plinths. This is a good option if you want something simple that fits into a standard living room or apartment space.

For a Premium setup, I use a full 8x8ft custom printed flex backdrop with your child's name and theme graphics. This version is more dense, using 400 to 500 balloons, theme-specific foil balloons, character cutouts, and marquee lights. I also add an artificial grass carpet and wooden picket fences to give the stage a complete look.

Themes and Details

I work with various themes including space, jungle, cricket, football, unicorns, and Cocomelon. Because I print custom flex backdrops for my premium packages, I can work with almost any theme you have in mind. If you are planning a first birthday or a milestone, I make sure the setup includes specific props like marquee numbers to highlight the age.

Logistics and Coverage

I am based in Hebbagodi and serve the surrounding areas in Electronic City. For any location within a 5km radius of Hebbagodi, transport is included in my pricing. If your venue is further out, I can still cover it, but we should discuss travel costs when we chat. My team handles the setup and the dismantling, so you do not have to worry about the cleanup after the party ends.
