High-Energy Bollywood Dance Classes for Kids
Looking for a dance class where your kids actually burn energy and have fun. My Bollywood camps for kids and teens mix fitness with the latest trending steps, keeping them moving for two straight hours.
The Friday teen batch in full swing. These classes are designed specifically for teenagers, with choreography that is both challenging and fun, helping them develop their own unique dance style.
A look at one of my senior kids' batches learning a high-energy routine. Notice the coordination and power in their moves. We work on building stamina and performance skills in every class.
My teenage dance classes are a great way for older kids to stay active and socialize. Here, a group of girls works on a fun Bollywood number, learning to synchronize their movements as a team.
I love jumping in and dancing with my students. Here we are, tackling the powerful choreography from the movie 'Pathaan'. This is a great example of the advanced routines my teen batches learn.
Throwback to a classic. Leading my students through the iconic steps of 'Sharara Sharara'. We mix current hits with timeless Bollywood songs to give kids a well-rounded dance education.
The energy is infectious when we learn a trending song like 'Jedha Nasha'. I guide the students through each step, breaking down complex moves so everyone can keep up and feel successful.
We also explore other popular genres like Punjabi pop. This routine to 'Kyaa Baat Haii 2.0' shows the versatility and dynamic energy that defines our dance sessions at the studio.
A snapshot from my dance class for younger children. We use popular and age-appropriate Bollywood songs to make learning simple choreography exciting and fun for our littlest dancers.
This is what a typical Bollywood dance class for kids looks like at my studio. We start with basic steps and gradually build up to a full routine, ensuring every child feels included and confident.
Celebrating Janmashtami with a special themed dance. The kids are dressed as Radha and Krishna, learning a festive routine that connects them to cultural traditions through the joy of movement.
About High-Energy Bollywood Dance
Here, we do not just teach steps, we build stamina. In every two-hour session, I blend high-energy Bollywood tracks with basic gymnastics and cool-down yoga, so your kids finish the class tired, happy, and actually excited to return the next day.
My approach to teaching dance is simple: keep it real, keep it moving, and keep it fun. Parents often tell me they are tired of dance classes where kids just stand in lines repeating the same steps for months. That is not how we do things at my Model Town studio.
When you walk into our air-conditioned studio, you will see a mix of high-energy Bollywood choreography, basic gymnastics, and even a bit of karate for confidence. It is a full-on session where fitness happens naturally without anyone feeling bored. For the younger kids, we start with basics to build coordination and rhythm. For the teenagers, we turn it up a notch with trending steps that they actually want to learn for their own reels or school events.
I also make sure we balance the high-intensity movement with a few minutes of yoga and shloka learning at the end of each session. This helps the children cool down and improves their focus. Everything we practice throughout the camp—the Bollywood hook steps, the freestyle movements, and the coordination exercises—builds up to our Summer Fiesta or Winter Presentation. Seeing them perform on a real stage in front of an audience is what builds their true confidence.
