About Studio Sessions

Don't expect to just stand in a corner and wave your hands in my studio. My classes are where we break down technique and build stamina, but it's never quiet. You will be sweating through HIIT intervals and dancing to Latin and Bollywood tracks, learning that real progress happens when you stop worrying about how you look and start focusing on how you move.

My No-Nonsense Approach

I am old school. I am 54 and I expect you to bring energy, regardless of your age. My studio isn't for people looking for a spa experience or a place to take selfies; it is for people who want to feel their heart rate climb. If you are a beginner, I will be on your case until you find your rhythm. If you are experienced, we will make sure you are actually sweating, not just pacing.

The Workout Mix

We blend Latin dance forms, Bollywood-style cardio, and strength-focused Tabata. It is not about following a scripted, rigid video; it is about listening to the beat and reacting. We focus on movement over complex choreography, making it accessible but challenging. You will find that consistency matters more than intensity. People drop in for a month and quit, but my regulars have been here for years because they realize we are training the mind to enjoy movement, not just burning calories.
