It is not about perfecting steps, it is about shaking off the office stress and connecting with colleagues in a space that feels more like a celebration than a forced activity.

My sessions are built on 25 years of experience blending dance, HIIT, and Zumba. I keep the choreography simple so nobody feels judged, but I keep the intensity high enough that everyone feels accomplished by the end.

- For Sports Days: I act as the warm-up commander. I get the crowd hyped, heart rates up, and muscles ready, ensuring the actual sports events start with maximum energy.
- For Wellness Weeks: I strip away the monotony. We mix Latin beats and Bollywood hits to make moving your body feel like a break, not a task.
Practical Details
I keep the logistics simple. I provide the playlist and the instruction, you provide the space and the sound system.
