Hi guys, welcome to another event vlog. This is a budget friendly Seemantha decor I did near Kengeri. I went to the market for fresh flowers and my team and I got it all ready on time for the client.
Hi guys, in this vlog I take you to a plate decor event in Banashankari. The client gave us the items for 15 plates, and we reached the venue early to get everything arranged beautifully.
This event was a complete package for a Seemantha, including stage decor, entrance decor, and plate decoration. The client also had some food requirements for the plates and needed photography, all of which I managed.
About this collection
The most important part of my process is the early morning market visit for fresh flowers. When I hand-select the marigolds or jasmine, I know exactly how they will hold up on your stage, ensuring the decor looks just as vibrant when your guests arrive as it did when we finished the setup. This hands-on approach is how I ensure every event, no matter how busy the morning schedule, meets the standard you expect.

- Sourcing: For full packages, I head to the wholesale market at dawn. This is non-negotiable for me—fresh flowers, quality fruits for plate arrangements, and good sweets make the difference between a standard setup and a special one.
- The Setup Hustle: Some days we manage four events in a single morning slot. This is why having a consistent, trained team is essential. We arrive early, handle the installation, and ensure every plate is arranged with hygienic cling wrap to keep it stable.
