Behind the Scenes: Our Production Process
Get a closer look at how we build your wedding. From structural assembly to final floral styling, here is what goes into creating a seamless event.
A look at my team in action, constructing the framework for a grand mandap. Every structure is carefully built on-site to ensure stability and perfection before the floral decoration begins.
This video shows the intricate process of creating a "magical pathway" tunnel. My team is carefully hanging thousands of shimmering discs to build an immersive and sparkling entrance for the event.
A view of the wedding aisle and mandap from the guests' perspective. This shows how I arrange seating to ensure everyone has a great view of the ceremony, with a clear and beautifully decorated path.
Setting up for a large outdoor reception. This behind-the-scenes shot shows the arrangement of tables and chairs, ensuring a comfortable and well-organized layout for the dinner and festivities.
A glimpse of the event space before guests arrive. This shows the elegant seating arrangement with covered chairs and floral centerpieces, ready for a wedding reception at the Taj Westend.

About Behind the Scenes
Unlike vendors who outsource assembly, we manage our own production team for mandap construction and structural rigging. This allows us to control the quality of the structural framework and the precision of the floral placement on-site, ensuring your stage is as sturdy as it is visually balanced.
When you see a finished wedding setup, the most important work often happens in the hours before guests arrive. We treat every event as a production project rather than just a decoration job.
Structural Integrity
Every mandap, stage, or entrance tunnel we design starts with a structural assessment. We build our frames from scratch to ensure they can support the weight of heavy floral installations and lighting trusses. Whether we are setting up at a banquet hall or an outdoor lawn, our team prioritizes safety and stability before we add a single flower or drape.
The Setup Workflow
Our workflow is calculated to minimize disruption at the venue. We typically break our setup into three phases:
- Framework & Rigging: We install the heavy structures, lighting trusses, and stage flooring first.
- Floral Styling: Once the structure is secure, our team adds the florals, managing flower density to ensure the volume is consistent across the entire setup.
- Detailing: We focus on the final touches—cleaning the aisle, positioning centerpieces, and checking that every light is focused exactly where it needs to be.
Venue-Specific Logistics
We are familiar with the specific requirements of major Bangalore venues, including the logistical challenges of load-in times and height restrictions. By handling the production ourselves, we coordinate directly with venue management to ensure that our install happens on time, without delays to your event schedule.
