Events mean everything to me. I put my heart into every function, because I know how much these moments matter. As a woman-led team, we treat your event like our own - full of care, energy, and a bit of that personal touch you won’t find everywhere.

What We Love Creating

  • Kids’ birthdays from ‘Wild One’ jungles to princess castles. Custom birthday party decoration is our jam - I love seeing the little ones light up.
  • Sacred ceremonies like Seemantham, naming, housewarming (Gruha Pravesha), and half-saree. We get why rituals matter. Our traditional Indian event decor is always respectful and never over the top.
  • Weddings, engagements, anniversaries - big or small, we set the mood. From themed engagement decor with shimmer walls to floral wedding backdrops for that dreamy look. Minimal, boho, or full-on marigold – you pick.

How We Make It Happen

I handle planning, props, and even the nitty-gritty like Aarathi plate decoration. My stash includes shimmer walls, neon signs, throne chairs, and all the little things that make a setup feel just right.

What Matters Most

My Story

Hey, Jahnavi here from Virgeca Events. This isn’t just a job for me, it’s my dream—literally living it, building it, breathing it. Some days are hectic, like ivattu nanage four events ittu (I had four events today), but my team and I always pull through. The best part? Meeting amazing people. Once, avara manele tiffin maidsidru (they made breakfast for me at their home) before I even started decor. Just a small thing, but means the world.
