About My Journey & Recognition
Getting the shot is not just about pressing the shutter; it is about the hours of planning and using the right gear, like ThinkTank bags, to keep things organized on set. Whether I am sitting on a jury panel to spot new talent or blending traditional photography with AI to build the backgrounds I see in my head, I believe in showing you the real, messy, and creative process behind every frame.
Photography has never been just a job for me. Over the last 16 years, I have seen the industry change from film to digital and now into the age of AI. My journey is not defined by one single award or project, but by the constant need to evolve. When I shoot, I look for technical perfection, but I also look for the human element.
My collaboration with ThinkTank as a Pro Team member in India reflects this. I know that if your gear fails or is disorganized in the field, your vision suffers. I test and use what works so I can tell you exactly what you need.
Similarly, my work with AI is not about replacing the camera. It is about using new tools to bring an idea to life that was previously impossible. When you see an image of mine that uses AI, remember that the lighting, the pose, and the expression were all captured in-camera with the same discipline I teach in my workshops.
