Before we start, know that I don't believe in heavy editing that makes you look like someone else. My retouching process keeps your skin texture natural, just cleaner. Whether you are coming in for a corporate look or a creative portrait session at my Noida studio, we will spend the first 15 minutes on body language and expressions, not just camera clicks.
My Approach to Portraits
I treat every portrait session as a conversation. If you are stiff, the camera catches it instantly. That is why I always start with a brief consultation to understand what you need the images for—whether it is an agency casting call, a LinkedIn profile update, or a personal creative project.
The Studio Experience in Noida
My studio (VG Studios, Noida Sec-2) is designed for control. I use flagship Nikon Z9 and Z7ii cameras with prime lenses, but the magic happens in the lighting. Whether we are doing a high-contrast 'Rembrandt' look or soft, diffused beauty lighting, my goal is to sculpt your features rather than flatten them out.
What to Expect
- Pre-Shoot Guidance: I don't just point and shoot. I guide you on angles, posture, and facial expressions so you feel confident throughout the session.
- Natural Retouching: My retouching is surgical. I use frequency separation to clean up temporary blemishes while ensuring your skin texture remains intact. You will look like you, just on your best day.
- Technical Precision: If we are shooting a professional portfolio, I ensure the final files are formatted correctly for agencies and web usage.
If you have a specific mood board in mind, bring it along. I am always happy to experiment with lighting setups and props if it helps tell your story better.
