We love exploring music from all over India. This clip captures the fun we had dancing to a high-energy Marathi song, proving that a great beat has no language barrier in our fitness classes.
I also mix in international chartbusters to keep the energy global. This is a solo piece I choreographed to a classic Hip Hop track by Nicki Minaj, showcasing the influence of Western dance styles in my routines.
About The Global & Regional Mix
Every session here is a mix-and-match experiment. We don't just stick to the standard charts; we actively rotate between Bhojpuri, Marathi, and international Hip Hop to keep your muscle memory guessing. You do not need to be a pro to keep up, as most of our choreography is designed to be learned on the fly, so you can just jump in and start sweating within the first ten minutes.
Why We Mix It Up
Fitness gets boring if you do the same thing every day. My 'Global & Regional' sessions exist to stop that monotony. By rotating through Marathi folk, Kuthu, old-school Hip Hop, and chart-topping international pop, we make sure your body is constantly reacting to different tempos and styles. This is not a strict gym class; it is a cardio party where the music dictates the intensity.
What to Expect
- The Beat: One day we are moving to raw Marathi dhol beats, the next it is a global pop track.
- The Vibe: No judgment here. Whether you have two left feet or you are a pro dancer, the focus is on the burn and the fun.
- The Crowd: We have a great mix of regulars from across Bengaluru, including the Cult Bellandur community. It is a space to de-stress and meet new people.
Join the Crew
Most of my members come for the workout but stay for the 'reels' session we do at the end. It is part of our culture to laugh at ourselves, film a quick routine, and just vibe. If you are tired of counting reps in a silent gym, come sweat with us instead. Bring water, a towel, and zero inhibitions.
