About Beauty & Portraits
I don't use heavy filters because I believe skin should look like skin. When we shoot, I bring my Canon 5D Mark III and a simple lighting setup, working slowly to find that quiet, honest moment where you look like yourself, just perfectly lit.
Whether you need a clean beauty shot, a professional headshot, or a personal portrait, my approach remains the same: minimal, intentional, and quiet. I learned my craft at The Art Institute in the States, and for the last 13 years, I’ve relied on my Canon 5D Mark III to capture images that feel like poetry rather than a product.
The Raw Philosophy
In an industry often obsessed with heavy retouching, I go the other way. I want to capture the texture of your skin, the depth in your eyes, and the authenticity of your expression. If we are shooting a hair campaign or a beauty editorial, I focus on the interplay of light and shadow to create volume and shape, not digital manipulation.
Working with Me in Mumbai
Shoots can be in a studio setting or at a location of your choice. I don't believe in rushed sessions. I prefer a slow, deliberate pace where we can experiment with angles and light.
- Pre-Shoot: We start with a conversation to align on the mood. I love moodboarding to ensure our creative visions are in sync before the first shutter click.
- The Session: I bring active on-set direction. I am there to fix the stray hair, adjust the posture, and make sure the light is hitting just right.
- Post-Production: I handle all editing personally. You get clean, high-resolution images that maintain the organic feel of the original file.
