2 Day Professional Lighting & Business Workshop
Core Format
- Duration: 2 full days of offline training (approx 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) at the Andheri West studio.
- Batch Size: Limited intake (8 to 12 students) to ensure individual attention.

- 10 Setups: Step by step execution of lighting for Portraits, Beauty, Fashion Lookbooks, and Headshots.
- Gear Usage: Training on standard modifiers (Softboxes, Octaboxes, Beauty Dish) focusing on technique over expensive gear.
- Workflow: Tethering demonstration for real time image transfer and review.
Live Experience
- Models: Shooting sessions with agency grade professional models.
- Direction: Demos on model interaction, posing styling, and understanding fabric textures.

- Retouching: Dedicated session on organic skin retouching (Frequency Separation and Dodge & Burn).

I teach photography in a way that’s slow, quiet, and real. I’m not about rushing through theory or chasing trends. My workshops are for anyone who wants to actually understand how light works, how to guide a subject, and how to make images that feel honest.

- I’ll show you 10 lighting setups I use for portraits, fashion, and lookbooks. You’ll learn how to pick the right light shaper for your own style. This is a hands-on lighting workshop, not a lecture.
- Posing and styling isn’t just about looking good. I’ll help you direct clients, keep things minimal, and create portraits that feel raw and organic. We’ll talk about energy on set, not just technical stuff.
- My retouching workflow is all about keeping skin texture clean and images minimal. I’ll walk you through how I prep and finish images so they look polished but still real. If you want to learn a minimal retouching workflow, this is for you.
- We’ll also talk about the business side - how to price your work, position yourself, and find clients who value what you do. I’ll share what’s worked for me in commercial photography mentoring.

My Story
Hey, I'm Vidhi. Mumbai’s home now, but I learned my craft at The Art Institute in the States. My Canon 5D Mark III is like an old friend - still my go-to, even after 13 years. I’m not into chasing every new trend or shiny gadget. I just show up, do the work, and find peace in that. On shoots, I’m all in - fixing beds, moving stuff, whatever. The best days? When everything clicks and the shoot feels like poetry.
My Work
