When you order our signature Belgian Chocolate Cake or the Espuma, remember it is crafted using real couverture chocolate, never compounds. Because we use fresh cream and zero artificial stabilizers, these cakes are temperature-sensitive. Why our chocolate bakes feel different
Most commercial bakeries rely on vegetable fats or compound chocolates to make cakes shelf-stable and easy to transport. I do the opposite. I use high-quality couverture chocolate, which gives you that clean, non-waxy mouthfeel. It also means my cakes are delicate—they don't like humidity or heat.

Since we are a small-batch bakery in Nerul, we don't have massive stocks sitting in a fridge. Every order is baked fresh—often starting well before sunrise. If you are picking up a celebration cake, please treat it with the care it deserves. No bikes, no direct sun, just a steady AC ride. It is a small hassle, but I promise the taste is worth it.
