About Our Famous Berliners (Bomboloni)

We start frying these at 5 a.m. sharp to ensure they are ready for the morning rush. Because we do not use heavy preservatives, we keep our batches small. When you grab one, you get that specific contrast of a crisp, golden exterior and a filling that is made from scratch, not something that has been sitting in a freezer for weeks.
