About this collection
We start frying these at 5 a.m. sharp to ensure they are ready for the morning rush. Because we do not use heavy preservatives, we keep our batches small. When you grab one, you get that specific contrast of a crisp, golden exterior and a filling that is made from scratch, not something that has been sitting in a freezer for weeks.
I am a purist when it comes to Berliners and Bomboloni. It starts with the dough—getting that perfect, airy texture that is light, not oily or dense. Then comes the filling. If you have ever had a donut where the filling is just a tiny dot in the middle, you know the frustration. We do not do that here. Every Berliner is filled to the brim.
We rotate our flavours constantly to keep things interesting. Our classic Vanilla Custard is the consistent bestseller, while the Nutella version remains a favourite for chocolate lovers. Depending on the season, you might find our Raspberry Cheesecake Berliner or fresh Strawberry specials.
