Your first hands-on step is the basic bike setup. I will adjust the seat to your height, show you how to grip the handlebars correctly, and make sure you understand the brakes. Comfort equals confidence.

Before we ride, we glide. In this stage, you will practice balancing while walking the bike and learn to mount and dismount smoothly. This helps you get a feel for the bike's weight and movement without any pressure.

Safety is always our top priority. I teach you how to stop before you even start pedaling. We will drill safe braking techniques and proper body positioning for both regular and emergency stops.

About Our Proven No-Fall Method

The secret isn't the bike. It is the order of operations. We start with seat adjustments and glide drills to master balance before ever touching a pedal. This approach removes the fear of falling, which is usually the biggest blocker for new riders. By the time we introduce pedaling, you already have the muscle memory to stay upright and in control, making the transition feel natural rather than forced.

The 5-Day Framework:

  • Day 1: Setup & Comfort: We calibrate seat height and teach you how to handle the bike's weight. You learn to grip the bars and use brakes before we even start moving.
  • Day 2-3: Gliding & Balance: You practice mounting and dismounting smoothly. We focus on 'gliding,' where you keep feet up without pedaling to internalize how to balance.
  • Day 4-5: Controlled Pedaling: Now that you can balance, we introduce pedals. Because you have the muscle memory from the glide phase, you can focus on form and safety.
