About For Adult Beginners
We do not use the old school 'hold and run' method that leads to crashes. My 14-year proven technique breaks cycling down into simple balance drills. We start with gliding where your feet are always close to the ground, giving you total control and removing the fear of falling before you ever touch a pedal.
Why do so many adults fail when they try to teach themselves? Usually, it is a combination of the wrong bicycle size, skipping the balance phase, and trying to do too much too soon. You do not need to fall to learn.
The 'No-Fall' Difference
My teaching process is deliberate. We separate the skills: balance first, then propulsion. By using a cycle with the right seat height and focusing on gliding, you learn to trust your center of gravity. This approach eliminates the anxiety that stops most adult learners. We spend our 60-minute sessions perfecting these movements so that by the time we introduce pedals, it feels like the most natural thing in the world.

- At Your Society: For doorstep sessions in Mumbai, Pune, or Delhi NCR, I assess your building compound or parking lot for safety and rideability. If you do not have a cycle, I bring a training bike to you.
- Public Grounds: We can also meet at local open grounds or courts for 1-on-1 sessions.
