Our 'Vanargiri' program is a goal-oriented yet joyful approach to fitness. In our serene green space, you get personalized attention and become part of a fit, friendly community, learning new skills every day.

We are creating a culture where movement is something to enjoy, share, and explore. Gone are the days of exercising out of guilt. At Vanarshala, we move because we love it, and we welcome everyone to join our community.

Movement is a universal language of joy and connection. Exploring it outdoors teaches us to adapt and create endlessly. This is a glimpse of our community training together, stretching, climbing, and sharing the experience.

Our training sessions empower you with confidence and a heightened awareness of your surroundings. Here, participants of all ages work on flexibility, strength, and foundational parkour movements together.

We offer outdoor movement training in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, to help you build resilience, balance, and strength. It's a chance to connect with nature, sharpen your problem-solving skills, and stay playful.

Teaching with love and patience is as important as technique. Here, we are guiding a participant through a new move, with the community cheering him on. This supportive environment is what makes learning at the Shala special.

When like minds meet, magic happens! We loved hosting the team from Yolo Yoga for a day of shared energy and ideas. We welcome practitioners from all diverse practices to come and share their movement with us at the Shala.

We were thrilled to have the talented mover Louis Davion at the Shala, sharing his unique style that blends parkour with musicality and dance. It's always a pleasure to host and learn from artists who enrich our community.

A wholesome life and wholesome movement go hand in hand. Our community lives with an open heart, from maintaining our beautiful space by mowing the lawn to preparing and sharing fresh, nourishing food together.
