About Weekend Movement Immersion
We don’t run boot camps; we host a 'Masti ki Pathshala' (a school of fun). When you arrive at our Gurgaon space, you aren't just learning parkour jumps; you’re staying in tents, eating farm-fresh meals, and learning to read your body’s signals. Whether you’re scaling our outdoor walls or trying quadrupedal movement on the grass, you'll find that movement feels more like play than a traditional workout.
Get Your Vanar Eyes
Our flagship residential workshop, 'Get Your Vanar Eyes,' is where the city hustle fades into the background. Over two days and one night, we strip away the pressure of gym culture and help you reconnect with your primal desire to move.
What to Expect:
- Skills & Flow: We teach parkour fundamentals and animal movement, breaking down complex patterns into simple, doable steps. It's not about being the strongest; it's about being the most comfortable in your own skin.
- The Full Experience: You’ll stay overnight in tents pitched on our lawns at The Shala, Sector 95A. We provide the sleeping mats and bags, so you just need to bring yourself.
- Community Connection: Evenings are for relaxing by a bonfire with nutritious, home-cooked vegetarian meals and like-minded people. It’s a space to bond, share stories, and simply breathe clean air.
