Traditional Haldi & Mehendi Setup
Backdrop & Seating
- Backdrop Size: 8ft x 8ft to 10ft x 8ft frame suitable for living rooms or small stages.
- Draping: Bright yellow/orange poly-crepe fabrics with artificial marigold strings and fabric tassels.
- Seating: Includes traditional Sankheda low seating (2 chairs + 1 Bajot) or a decorative wooden swing (subject to space).
Props & Floor Decor
- Traditional Props: 2-4 Rajasthani embroidered umbrellas and suspended kites.
- Floor Elements: 1 Large or 2 Medium gold-painted fiber Urlis filled with water and rose petals.
- Fencing: 4-6 ft white or colorful picket fence cutouts to define the main area.
Entrance & Lighting
- Signage: Easel board with 'Welcome' message and floral borders at the entrance.
- Lighting: 2-4 LED Par cans for backdrop illumination.
- Carpet: Red or yellow carpet covering approximately 100 sq ft.
Indoor Banquet Wedding & Reception Package
Reception Stage
- Size: 24ft to 30ft width coverage with fabric draping and fairy light curtains.
- Florals: High-density artificial silk flowers (Orchids, Roses) arranged on backdrop frames.
- Furniture: 3-seater premium wedding sofa (Leatherette or Gold carving) plus 2 side chairs.
Wedding Mandap
- Structure: 10x10 ft or 12x12 ft 4-pillar setup (Fabric draped or fiber-molded Roman pillars).
- Seating: Low seating Bajot/Haveli chairs for the couple and Patlas for parents.
- Essentials: Fire-compliant standard metal Havan Kund included.
Entrance & Walkway
- Gate: 10ft wide artificial floral arch or draped entry with spotlights.
- Passage: 20-30 ft Red/Green carpet with 6 decorative pedestals (lamps or flower vases).
- Effects: 8-12 LED uplighters for stage wash and dry ice fog entry effect (3 mins).

Grand Open-Air Ground Structure & Decor

- Tenting: Waterproof Shamiana or colorful draping provided for dining/buffet areas.
Grand Stage & Mandap
- Stage Structure: Heavy truss-based setup (40ft to 60ft width) with themes like Dome or Royal Palace.
- Mandap: Centralized open-air platform with artificial floral sheets and elevated base.
- Florals: High density artificial floral coverage on structures; fresh flowers used for Ganesh idol placement.
VIP Zone & Entrance
- Entry: Massive 15ft+ height gate with intricate fiber carving or floral pasting.
- Lounge: Designated VIP zone near stage with 4-6 sofa sets and coffee tables.
- Photo Ops: 2 dedicated selfie points (Floral Swing or Signage) placed in the lawn area.
Pro Lighting
- Rigging: Truss-mounted setup featuring Sharpies (moving heads) and Wash lights for concert-style effects.

We create the vibe for every wedding function, whether you want a full-on grand set or just a few statement pieces. I don't stick to one style - if you say minimal, we keep it clean. If you want drama, we'll go all out.

- Sangeet & Reception: We design elegant wedding stage designs, crazy backdrops, and play with lighting for that insta-worthy effect
- Mandap: From classic four-pillars to lotus-petal roofs, we handle both indoor and outdoor. Seating is sorted as per rituals.
- Entrance: You walk in, and it's all wow. Arches, fairy lights, floral touches. Traditional wedding entrance decor is our jam.

If you want to DIY or keep it simple, rental wedding props are available - furniture, backdrops, umbrellas, sofas, you name it.
