What I Do

I’m Vaishali Decorators, based out of Ghatkopar, Mumbai. I handle the decor for all types of private parties - whether you’re hosting at home or booking a hall. My work is all about making special occasions memorable, be it baby showers, sangeet, birthdays, anniversaries, or any celebration you want to jazz up.

Your Idea, My Execution

Aap boliye, aapka theme kya hai? (You tell me, what’s your theme?) I love taking on new ideas. If you’ve got something in mind, I’ll sort everything - custom party backdrop, props, balloons, lighting, you name it. I don’t stick to only classic looks - I’m happy to experiment with quirky or traditional stuff.

• Hot Air Balloon, Teddy Bear, Classic Blue & Pink - especially for kids’ birthdays and baby showers I do themed baby shower decor and birthday party balloon styling that actually stand out.

Details Matter

I don’t just throw up a backdrop and leave. Full event experience is my thing:

• Staging and seating with carpets, elegant sofas, and decorated cradles (jhula)
• Entrance passage decoration and custom neon party lighting so guests feel the vibe from the door itself
• Furniture, props, and signs, all sorted for you

Real Talk

Events get hectic. Booking early makes your life easy, especially during peak season. I’m here to make your celebration look and feel special, but I’ll be honest - sometimes things get tight with dates and last-minute changes, toh jaldi batao (so let me know early)!
