Intimate Home Celebration Setup
Backdrop & Photo Zone
- 6ft x 6ft or 8ft x 8ft circular ring or square frame backdrop.
- Basic pleated fabric draping in pastel or primary theme colors.
- Standard latex balloon garland (approx. 300 to 400 balloons) arranged in an organic semi-arch or full arch.
- One standard neon sign (e.g., Happy Birthday) or a foil balloon banner.
Props & Theming
- 2 to 3 small theme-based foam board cutouts (approx. 2 to 3 feet height).
- 1 to 2 cylinder plinths or a small decorative table for cake cutting.
- 2 LED PAR can lights to illuminate the backdrop.
Flooring
- Small 6x4 ft rug or artificial grass patch specifically for the photo/cake area.
Themed Banquet Stage Decor
Stage Setup (Up to 20ft Width)
- Choice of Printed Flex Backdrop (custom graphic) or Fabric Draping with fairy light strings.
- White fur-style carpeting or red carpet covering the main stage platform (approx. 200 sq. ft.).
- One premium Maharaja style sofa (Two-seater) or a decorated Swing (Jhula).
Theme Elements
- 3 to 4 large scale foam board cutouts (4ft to 5ft tall).
- Extensive balloon styling including clouds, balloon pillars on stage sides, and floor clusters.
- 4 to 6 bunches of artificial flower arrangements on stage corners or backdrop frame.
Entrance & Hall Highlights
- Standard balloon arch (Spiral or Organic pattern) at the venue entry door.
- One easel stand with a standard welcome sign.
- Satin sashes for up to 50 guest chairs.

- Multi-layered setup using fabric drapes, artificial floral walls, or trellis (Jaali) panels.
- Enhanced stage lighting including 4 to 6 PAR cans and focus lights.

Hall & Ceiling Decor
- Ribbon draping radiating from the center to walls or balloon bunches spread across the ceiling.
- 10 to 15ft passage decoration using carpet and 2 to 4 standing decorative panels with backlighting.
- A separate, dedicated photo booth area (6x6 ft) distinct from the main stage.
Entrance & Seating
- Themed balloon arch with additional prop elements at the gate.
- Chair covers (White lycra) with theme-colored satin sashes for up to 100 chairs.

Furniture Rental
- Choice of 1 Special Seat: Golden/Silver carved Sofa (2-seater) OR Decorated Baby Shower Cradle (Jhula).
- Items are rented in as-is condition from existing inventory.
Prop Rental
- 1 Circular or Square metal frame (Structure only, no balloons/fabric).
- Set of 2 to 3 Theme Cutouts (Foam board) based on availability.
Logistics
- Includes delivery and pickup within 5km radius.
- Minimal setup assistance (drop-off only).

I’m Vaishali Decorators, based out of Ghatkopar, Mumbai. I handle the decor for all types of private parties - whether you’re hosting at home or booking a hall. My work is all about making special occasions memorable, be it baby showers, sangeet, birthdays, anniversaries, or any celebration you want to jazz up.

Aap boliye, aapka theme kya hai? (You tell me, what’s your theme?) I love taking on new ideas. If you’ve got something in mind, I’ll sort everything - custom party backdrop, props, balloons, lighting, you name it. I don’t stick to only classic looks - I’m happy to experiment with quirky or traditional stuff.

Events get hectic. Booking early makes your life easy, especially during peak season. I’m here to make your celebration look and feel special, but I’ll be honest - sometimes things get tight with dates and last-minute changes, toh jaldi batao (so let me know early)!
