Standard Banquet Decor (20ft Stage)

Stage Configuration

Standard 20ft to 24ft rectangular stage setup using satin or velvet drapes. Includes artificial flower pasting on backdrop borders and a gold-painted couple couch (Maharaja style).

Entrance & Walkway

Standard box arch or floral arch at the venue entry. Red or green synthetic carpet for the aisle lined with 6 to 8 decorative pillars.

Lighting & Materials

Basic wash lighting (10-12 LED par cans) for the stage area. Uses primarily artificial flowers; fresh flowers are limited to the Ganesh idol and main table.

Themed Open-Air Decor with Mandap

Thematic Stage

30ft wide stage execution based on themes like Vrindavan or Floral Fantasy using custom props, acrylic cuts, and printed backdrops.

Wedding Mandap

10x10ft 4-pillar open structure draped in theme colors. Includes hanging floral strings and a central chandelier.

Lighting & Props

Extensive fairy lights for lawn trees and bushes, plus truss-mounted lights for the stage. Includes a photobooth area with props like painted cycles or frames.

Floral Composition

Mix of 60% artificial flowers for height and volume, with 40% fresh flowers (Orchids, Roses) used for eye-level details and Mandap pillars.

Grand Palace Production (Fiber Setup)

Heavy Structure Design

Construction of a 40ft to 60ft wide Palace or Temple facade using in-house fiber panels and intricate moldings. Includes a massive 15ft to 20ft tall gateway (Elephant or Fort style).

Royal Mandap

Central dome style or heavy-pillar Mandap setup suitable for large grounds. Includes elevated wooden flooring for the passage.

Tech & Special Effects

Integration of LED screens within the stage backdrop. Includes cold pyro (sparklers) for Varmala, smoke/fog machines for entry, and heavy truss lighting.

VIP Setup

Special floral centerpieces and chair bows for the first 50 to 100 family seats.

This is me, Vishal Decorators. You can't hate me, honestly. My life is all about events – my team, my struggle, my art. Some days I’m sweating at the site, some days chilling by the sea. Event life isn’t easy, full of parde ke peeche ki mehnat (the grind behind the scenes). But my team? Pure gold. When lights, flowers, happy faces come together, mitra, apan jinklo!
