Stage & Mandap Construction
I handle end-to-end production for stages and mandaps. This involves everything from the structural frame to the final lighting touches. My work is divided into two main categories based on the scale of your event:

Classic Indoor Setups: These are built for banquet halls and intimate indoor venues. I use an adjustable wooden frame or truss structure covered in fabric, typically featuring a 70:30 ratio of high-quality artificial blooms to fresh flowers. This ensures volume and visual impact while staying within budget.

Grand Outdoor Production: For larger events, I deploy heavy-duty Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) mandaps. These pillars resemble traditional stone carvings. My outdoor setups include concert-grade truss lighting and silent generator backups to ensure the electronics run smoothly.
Lighting & Visuals
A stage is only as good as its lighting. I do not just place lights; I plan them for photography and ambient effect. My standard setup includes:
- LED PAR Cans: Used for consistent color washes.
- Moving Heads: Sharpies used for outdoor sangeet nights or high-energy receptions.
- Truss-Mounted Sound: Integration with line array systems for clearer audio near the stage.
Why Logistics Matter
Setup is the most stressful part of the event day. I bring my own team of 8 to 10 workers for assembly. We handle everything from the initial transport of heavy fiber pillars to the final installation of the flooring and floral pedestals. You do not need to manage the site; my team ensures the stage is built to spec before the first guest arrives.
