We manage the logistics of decor: lighting angles, floral density, and crowd flow. You get a setup that looks good in photos and functions well for your guests, whether it is a banquet hall or an outdoor lawn.
Our approach to decor is rooted in production logic. When we set up a venue, we treat the space as a functional floor plan. For indoor banquet halls, we use high-density 70:30 floral mixes—a blend of 30% fresh flowers for fragrance and front-facing detail, and 70% high-quality artificial blooms to hold volume and structure throughout long ceremonies.
For outdoor venues, the focus shifts to infrastructure. We bring in truss-mounted lighting, moving head beams, and heavy-duty FRP mandap structures that handle wind and changing light conditions. Lighting is not just for ambiance; we use 8-12 LED PAR cans to ensure photographers get the right brightness on your stage.
Whether it is laying down red carpets, installing Roman pillars along an aisle, or setting up LED cocktail tables, the goal is consistent: clean execution. Our team handles everything from the welcome signage at the entrance to the teardown after the event. You do not need to worry about managing the decor crew or coordinating with the venue staff; we handle the setup and dismantling on the same day.
