About this collection
Whether you want a traditional temple-inspired mandap with fresh jasmine and brass lamps or a modern floating structure, we handle the full production from the ground up. I do not just put up drapes; I manage the pillar engineering, the lighting, and the floral density to ensure the structure feels solid and looks perfect in your ceremony photos, regardless of the venue's limitations.
Building Your Ceremony Centerpiece
Designing a mandap is less about picking a catalog design and more about structural balance. When we plan your ceremony stage, we look at the venue space, the lighting conditions, and the flow of the rituals.
Traditional Meets Technical For our South Indian muhurtham setups, we use high-density fresh jasmine and tuberose garlands, paired with authentic brass lamps and heavy fiber-cast pillars that mimic antique woodwork. We engineer these for safety and visual impact, ensuring the weight of the floral ceilings is perfectly distributed.
The 'Floating' Mandap Concept One of our signature styles is the floating mandap. We design these to sit level with water features at your venue, using mirrored platforms and reflective staging to create the illusion that the structure is resting on the surface. This requires precise site assessment, which is why we always visit your venue in person before finalising the design.
What to Expect
- Pre-Production: We sketch the mandap footprint to ensure it fits the ritual requirements (like the homam/fire pit placement).
- Floral Logistics: Because we prioritize fresh flowers, our team arrives at the venue early to ensure the garlands are at peak freshness when your guests arrive.
- Lighting: We avoid harsh spotlights. Instead, we use warm par-can lighting to highlight the pillar carvings and create a soft, inviting glow for the couple.
Whether you need a grand 30-foot stage for a large guest list or an intimate, minimalist frame for a family-only ceremony, we align the architecture with the scale of your event. If you have a specific temple design or a color palette in mind, let's talk about how to make it happen.
